E-mail Forwarding in Hosting
The Hepsia Control Panel, that is provided with all of the hosting plans, will let you forward any e-mail inside the account to an alternative one easily. You can do this either during the creation of a brand new email address or whenever you want afterwards if you choose that you will need this feature. During the process, you are able to consider if you prefer a backup of the messages to be kept on the server. This way, you will have a backup and you will avoid the probability to lose a message if the forwarding is to an external address, which is momentarily unavailable. This option can be activated and disabled any time, and if you use e-mail for critical matters, it is best to use it, as no records of the email messages are kept on the server in case the option is not active. If you decide that you don't need forwarding anymore, it takes a mouse click to deactivate it.
E-mail Forwarding in Semi-dedicated Servers
Forwarding an e mail address located in our system will be very uncomplicated if you have a semi-dedicated server package with us and it will not take you more than a few clicks to create. This can be done from the Emails section of the Hepsia Hosting Control Panel and you will be able to keep an eye on the mailboxes that are being forwarded and where your e-mails are going to with a glance. The option can be enabled and disabled for each of the email addresses inside your account. You can also activate or deactivate a useful option we offer - a backup of the messages being sent through our system can stay on the server. By doing this, you will always have a backup copy of your incoming e-mails and you'll not have to concern yourself with loss of any information. If you have this option deactivated, you risk losing e-mails should there be an issue with the remote email address.
