Monitoring & Rebooting

When you are much too busy working on your websites or developing your applications, you rarely have time to keep an eye on what’s happening with your server – whether it is overloaded or whether all the tasks are running okay. With our Optional Admin Services deal, we will do that instead of you. Your virtual server will be added to our custom–made monitoring system and if there’s a sign of a problem, our server administrators will be alerted immediately.

Weekly Backups

Manually backing up a VPS Server is not the easiest mission on earth. You will either need to use a separate server or your PC, alternatively rely on a 3rd–party solution. We offer a considerably easier way with our Optional Admin Services package. We’ll make a full backup copy of your virtual server on a weekly basis, so you never need to worry about permanently losing any vital info. Last but not least we can recover a backup very quickly. All our backups are held on a special machine with a RAID array of hard drives, so if anything happens to any part of your stored web content, we’ve got your back.

Installation & Troubleshooting

While a Virtual Private Server provides you with a virtually infinite set of options, you will sometimes need to install additional pieces of software. And that’s where our Installation & Troubleshooting service can come in real handy. It is an essential part of our Optional Admin Services package, which allows you to ask any of our well–trained system administrators to install and configure any software and to rectify any problem that you’re having with your server.

The Optional Admin Services deal comes bundled with the majority of our OpenVZ VPS Servers. It’s an extra for our KVM VPS Servers.
